Palestine Music Expo

PMX IMPACT OVER 3 YEARS

Another Year for the Books.

2017 saw the first ever Palestine Music Expo (PMX) take place across three days. It brought Palestinian artists and international industry professionals together, in an effort to build mutually beneficial relationships and develop valuable music industry networking opportunities in Palestine. The event was a huge success to say the least and will continue to be the major annual event on the Palestine music calendar for the coming years.

PMX mobilizes musicians to work together to build a music industry in Palestine.

PMX mobilizes young people and musicians in the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) to work together to build a music industry that can provide economic and employment opportunities as well as create platforms for creativity and debate, strengthening the voices of those who are directly affected by living conditions in the OPT.

Palestinian artists will build on the opportunities and exposure of PMX to develop trade, cultural capital and a stronger economy for Palestinian music as well as support and further develop Palestine’s global music industries.
